        Every sport has some sort of superstition to it and some are wackier than others, whether it’s rubbing your hands in the dirt in the batter’s box or licking the bat, regardless there is some serious superstition in the sports we love. Yasiel Puig comes to mind when it comes to superstition, each time he strikes out swinging he licks the bat in the section the ball should’ve hit and the next at-bat he slugs it, not what everyone was thinking but good job Puig. The MLB isn’t where suspicion lives the most though, the New Orleans Saints defensive linemen have developed a system of their superstition. A rookie defensive linemen buys dinner for the position group. “start the season at Buffalo Wild Wings, then switch to Wingstop after a loss, then switch to Sonic after another loss.” says Taylor Stallworth. Following the team’s 10 game winning streak the defensive linemen almost became regulars at Wingstop.
